Paula earned her Ph.D. in Psychology in 1984 and her Masters of Divinity Degree from CSE Meru Seminary in 2010. In 2012, Paula was ordained in the tradition of Kriya Yoga by her teacher, Yogacharya Ellen Grace O’Brian, with whom she continues to study. Currently, Paula also serves as a Senior Kriya Yoga Meditation teacher and an Associate Minister at the Center for Spiritual Enlightenment in San Jose, CA.
Paula is available to teach meditation at your organization or place of work.

Each Tuesday in spiritual community, we will meditate and contemplate inspirations and insights revealed during our weekly Yoga Sutras scripture study.
Required text: The Science of Self-Realization: A Guide to Spiritual Practice in the Kriya Yoga Tradition by Roy Eugene Davis. Texts available locally at CSE, BLC, and at csa-davis.org or Amazon.
Newcomers and experienced students of the Yoga Sutras are all welcome.
