2023 Happy 9th Birthday Blue Lotus Center!

In the divine grace of the Yogic lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda, one of the first teachers to bring yoga to the USA, Mr. Roy Eugene Davis, one of Yogananda’s devoted students, and Yogacharya Ellen Grace O’Brian, one of Mr. Davis’s devoted students, the Blue Lotus Meditation and Yoga Center celebrated its 9 year anniversary of service to the One in all in our South Bay communities.

On November 8th, 2023, BLC community members offered their gratitude for the first inter-spiritual meditation and classical yoga center in our community, as we affirm the expanding realization of peace in our hearts, in our families, our country, and our world. Over the past 9 years, BLC has served 15,018 meditators and offered 1,710 classes, groups, and life support services. We welcomed 716 newcomers and provided uninterrupted services even through the Covid-19 pandemic.

Yogacharya O'Brian offered a blessing for continued service to sincere seekers of peace from all backgrounds. BLC looks forward to serving the community for many more years to come. Namaste.

Who We Are

Blue Lotus Meditation and Yoga Center is a Center for Spiritual Enlightenment Affiliate Outreach Center in Gilroy, CA. As a Non-Profit Organization, Blue Lotus Center (BLC) offers weekly meditation groups and classes for spiritually conscious living. In addition, private spiritual direction and spiritual guidance counseling are provided. Acharya Paula Vandana Whang Ramos, serves as the Blue Lotus Center's Spiritual Director, in addition to her role as an Associate Minister at CSE.
